I just want to thank my coach Preeti. I was never into any physical exercise or any sports ever. After pregnancy its just not weight which has increased but I was also feeling less energetic. Preeti is the perfect coach I could ever have.. She is incredible,Super approachable and easy to to talk with about any concern and she would have a solution for it. I was searching for a coach and found her profile while looking at the list. I instantly connected with her reading her bio and so much after the 1st call that I also got my mum and sis join her. Unlike others I did not have issues following the diet but was miserable at being active / workouts and never thought I could be lean too since I am short and weight pops up visibly on shorter people. I am a middle aged full time working mom with a sedentary lifestyle and I wished to lose few pounds and keep it up. Tried yo-yo dieting for decades so I am used to gaining back lost weight. I had been following Fittr for a year and wanted to sign up with a coach. I am very happy with my program and my coach Preeti. She taught me a great gym schedule, a diet schedule to ensure that I get all the nutrients for my required fitness plans.
